New Roads is planning its greatest Mardi Gras in 86 years, with whimsical floats, high stepping marching bands and dance teams, resplendent royalty, tons of top-quality throws, comic maskers, great local cuisine, midway rides and a good dose of Creole hospitality for lagniappe.

A special "bienvenue" is extended to all of our first-time parade-goers and,
of course, "bienvenue encore" to all of our return visitors.

Merci beaucoup and God bless you, one and all, for your support of this charitable fundraising event!

New Roads Lions Carnival Honorees for 2008:
All Past Queens of the New Roads Lions Carnival Parade, who will be recognized at the Reviewing Stand shortly before rolling time on parade day.
